Which data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us yourself or that is technically necessary to display this website correctly.

  • Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, CV and motivation.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. These logs are used exclusively for security and technical maintenance.

Why we collect this data

We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:

  • To respond to your enquiry or quotation request (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures).
  • To handle your job application (pre-contractual measures at your request).
  • To keep this website secure and functioning properly (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, with a maximum of two years. Application data is deleted no later than four weeks after the end of the application procedure, unless you give us permission to keep it on file for up to one year.

Sharing with third parties

Your data is only shared with parties that support the operation of this website, such as our hosting provider. We have made appropriate arrangements with these parties regarding the protection of your data. We do not pass your personal data on to other parties unless we are legally required to do so.

This website loads fonts and scripts from external content delivery networks. When these resources are loaded, your IP address is technically visible to the provider concerned.

Cookies

This website does not place tracking cookies and does not use marketing cookies. Only functional techniques are used that are necessary for the website to work properly. Embedded content from third parties, such as videos, may place cookies from the provider concerned when you play that content.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data, request that processing be restricted and request a copy of your data in a structured format. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@regivet.com. We will respond to your request within four weeks.

If you believe that we are not handling your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
